Mechanical wire descaling machine with row brushes

Automatic Mechanical Wire Descaling Machine withe row brushes is suitable for removing the oxide scale and rust on steel wire rod surface. It is widely used before wire drawing machine.

Row brushes are arranged in the special manufactured rotation spindle, are 90°successively installed, row brush always stick to do rotary friction. The spindle is directly connected to the motor through the belt, the inverter control the spindle rotation speed. It has the safety shield and observe window hole on top and the dust collector in the bottom.
